We offer our clients assistance in all aspects of Rule 2202 compliance. We have Employee Transportation
Coordinators (ETCs) on staff who can help you evaluate your emission reduction plan and suggest various techniques to
reduce your mobile source foot print, at no extra charge.
How Can We Help Your Company?
With three simple steps we can help your company reduce its
mobile emissions:
1)
We analyze your current situation to find ways to reduce your company’s mobile emissions by using ride share and other
methods. We put you in contact with the Metropolitan Transportation Authority (Metro) serving
the county in which your business is established. Metro will calculate your survey results electronically at no
cost to you and provide you with all of the information required to successfully complete your survey and determine
the Credible Commute Vehicle Reduction (CCVR).
2) If you need to purchase Mobile Source Emission
Reduction Credits (MSERCs), we provide those credits to you at a nominal fee. AQMS Automotive is a South Coast
Air Quality Management District (SCAQMD) licensed scrapper (see http://www.aqmd.gov/prdas/OldVehicleScrapping/licensedscrappers.html ). By removing older, higher polluting vehicles
from the road we generate in-house emission credits. We can offer these credits to our clients at
wholesale rates.
3)
We process your application and submit it to SCAQMD on your behalf. We will also transfer any emission credits you may
need into your account.
